Coating equipment is a kind of energy consumption equipment, the energy consumption of which occupies a considerable proportion in the whole process of production. In order to reduce the energy consumption of coating equipment, various energy-saving measures have been gradually applied.
1. Energy-saving measures for paint booth
The air in the paint booth is required to achieve high cleanliness, the temperature is required to be 20-23℃, and the relative humidity should be within the range of 60% - 80%. Only in this way can the workpiece coating quality achieve high decoration and low repair rate. The air supply and exhaust system of the paint booth is an important way to accomplish the above targets. The air conditioning device in the air supply system is an important energy consumer of the paint booth (after dust removal and filtration, the fresh air is cooled in summer and heated in winter, and the humidity is adjusted to the appropriate degree). In order to greatly save energy, the new paint booth, for example, the truck paint booth manufactured by our company, adopts effective energy saving measures.
2. The reasonable use of air supply
In recent years, the newly built paint booth has made a great difference in terms of energy saving. The paint booth can be divided into two areas: manual operation area and unmanned operation area. The new paint booth is fed into the fresh air adjusted by the air conditioning device in the manual operation area. In the unmanned operation area, most of the disposable circulating air is sent into the area and a small part of fresh air is added, which reduces the intake of fresh air in the air conditioning device and thus saves energy consumption.
3. Heat recovery in the air discharged from the paint booth
The fresh air inhaled from outside the workshop is sent into the paint booth after being adjusted by the air conditioning device (filtration, temperature adjustment and humidity adjustment), so that the painting working environment can meet the requirements. In winter, some of the heat is carried away by the air expelled from the paint booth. In order to reduce the heating consumption of the fresh air and the heat taken away by the discharged air as far as possible, the rotary total heat exchanger is applied in the air supply and exhaust system of the new paint booth. The equipment can not only carry on the heat exchange with the passing air, but also carry out the air flow of the paint booth.
