The spray booth has the function of temperature and humidity control, the temperature is 20°C +5°C, the relative humidity is 30% ~ 80%, and the temperature and humidity can be adjusted arbitrarily in the four seasons.
The humidity can be adjusted to 30% ~ 50% in spring and summer, and it can be adjusted to >70% in autumn and winter, and the environment needs to reach the set temperature and humidity level within 30 minutes of operation of the automatic painting equipment.
The cleanliness of the air in the painting room is not less than 100,000, the noise in the spraying area is not more than 75 decibels, and the illuminance is ≥650lux. The top of the spray chamber needs to be equipped with a dynamic pressure chamber and static pressure.
The chamber is made of 1.5mm galvanized steel sheet. The air-conditioning air sent by the air supply system enters the dynamic pressure chamber, and passes through the deflector, multi-element regulating valve (equalizing plate) or bag filter, the airflow is distributed evenly into the static pressure chamber. The bottom of the static pressure chamber is made of medium 4 ~ medium 5 galvanized wire and steel plate to make a support frame, and it is possible to spread the filter layer as the spraying operation area.
The height of the ceiling and spraying area is 2500mm. The spray booth adopts the top air supply and the side air extraction method. The air outlet is located at the bottom of the water stalk to ensure that the air is supplied by the operator during the painting operation.
The rear and upper direction flows below the water stalk, the wind speed is 0.5m/s, and the room maintains a slight positive pressure of 50Pa ~ 100Pa to prevent pollutants from entering.
When the operator enters and exits, the safety door can be automatically closed, a glass observation window is set, and the 10mm tempered glass is used to make the airtightness and temperature resistance.
