In the organic waste gas treatment system, the method of circulating air in the painting chamber can reduce the exhaust air rate, thus reducing the energy consumption in the operation of the organic waste gas treatment system. In addition, the heat recovery and utilization of organic waste gas in flash drying chamber can reduce the energy consumption of organic waste gas treatment, so as to achieve the purpose of environmental protection and energy saving.
1. The circulating air method used in paint chamber
When building the spraying plant, the circulating air supply system can be used in the paint chamber. In the industrial plant with manual repair and painting station, a part of the circulating air supply system can be chosen. Transmitting the manual spray paint section and manual paint repair section to the intelligent robot spray paint section and the varnish (topcoat) leveling section can reduce the air supply of the fresh air system.
2. The use of organic waste gas in flash drying chamber
For the production in water paint booth, the paint is generally water paint. After painting, it needs to be baked in the water vapor drying furnace, and the general temperature will be about 80℃. Fuel gas can be used as the mechanical energy to warm the gas, and the organic waste gas produced in the process is generally directly discharged into air. If the organic waste gas is immediately sent to the organic waste gas incineration treatment system for ignition, the exhaust air volume to be dealt with and the amount of fuel gas to be used are large, because the waste gas contains a low VOC concentration. If the gas is closely combined with the organic waste gas in the painting chamber, the mixed organic waste gas temperature will be higher, which is very easy to lead to the efficiency loss of the extraction rotary cylinder. In order to avoid reducing the normal service life of the running wheel, the heat of the organic waste gas discharged from the flash drying chamber is generally used in the heating solution of the fresh air system.
